Elvynex provides a company workspace for estimates, invoices, payments, receipts, and expenses. A company administrator uses the workspace for that company.
The company is responsible for the customers, amounts, and messages it sends. Elvynex sends an estimate, invoice, or receipt only when someone at the company chooses to send it.
If the company connects a Google account, Elvynex requests permission only to see that account's email address and to send mail from it. The privacy policy describes how that data is used, stored, and deleted. Disconnecting the mailbox removes the saved connection.
The company must have the right to use the mailbox it connects. Elvynex may refuse or remove a connection that is used to send mail the recipient did not ask the company to send.
