Elvynex is a workspace for estimates, invoices, payments, receipts, and expenses. A company administrator can connect a Google account so those documents are sent from that account.
Google account data
When someone clicks Connect with Google, Elvynex asks Google for two things only:
- the email address of the Google account
- permission to send email from that account
Elvynex uses that permission only to send estimates, invoices, and receipts that a person at the company chooses to send. Elvynex does not read, change, or delete messages in the mailbox. It does not use Google data for advertising, and it does not sell it.
The connection is stored as an encrypted token on Elvynex servers and is available only to that company. Elvynex does not share that token with other companies. Disconnecting the mailbox in Company Settings deletes the token. A person can also revoke Elvynex from their Google Account permissions.
Elvynex uses Google user data only to provide the email-sending feature the company asked for. That use follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
